Yoga is my passion, a part of everyday living. After 9 years practice, I have become to realise what you do on your mat physically is just the start…….There is so much more.
It is the Devotion you give to your practice both yoga and meditation that starts to make a difference. Through my own practice and studies, my body has become strong and flexible, my mind a lot more at peace and I have learnt how to deal with anxiety.
To know how important it is to have balance: Eating – Sleeping – Drinking – Being Mum – Working – Having Fun – Being a Good Friend – Daughter – Sister – Happiness – Sadness – Emotions – Love – Relationships – Yoga – Meditation.
So this Magical practice which I love works so well when you give dedicated time to it. That is why it is my absolute pleasure to pass on my knowledge to help others.
I teach in the same way I practice, I encourage students to have their own practice. I do this by giving private sessions, where I work out a special practice to fit into your lifestyle and needs. This teaches you to have your own practice; it is like tuning into yourself each day.
I also teach a weekly class, I keep the classes small and personal. I will be starting more beginners’ classes in the near future.
My influences are Kundalini/Ashtanga/Vinyasa Flow and Dance. I have studied with the British Wheel of Yoga for 3 years.
My own practice is very physical and my group classes are of that nature. However my individual classes can be as gentle or as physical as you wish.
Come and enjoy, learn, have fun, be peaceful, change your way of thinking and be happy.
