Janet has been in health care for 35 years, starting her career in general nursing. A number of years were spent on gastroenterology and gynaecology, postnatal care and orthopaedics, qualifying in 1990 as a foot health care practitioner.

Colonic Hydrotherapy
Colonic Hydrotherapy/irrigation is a great treatment for detoxing identifying digestive problems and addressing them.

Digestion starts in the mouth and by cleansing the large Colon, it enables an assessment of digestion and absorption of nutrients, or interference from bacteria, parasites, viruses etc.

A consultation with explanation of the treatments is always discussed beforehand. A Colonic Treatment last approximately 40-45minutes. Janet will also provide a detailed discussion of diet and lifestyle, and how to get round any obstacles occurring. Time allowed for this is 1 ½ hours.

Reflexology
A treatment involving the feet or hands. Every part of the foot and hand corresponds to a part of the body. Working on the zones or which there are five on each foot or hand, the therapist can detect areas that are not flowing free and have a build up of deposits interfering with the natural flow of energy i.e. Oxygen, Circulation, absorption and excretion. Reflexology is a great health enhancer while also being very relaxing.

Foot Health Care
In clinic treatment of Verrucas and mulluscum, holistically and with laser.

Bio Detox Foot Spa
Offers a relaxing way of reducing toxins and cellulite particularly from the legs i.e. lymphatic sluggishness.

The feet are immersed in a bowl of warm water, where a small cartridge is placed between the feet. A low current generated from the cartridge is passed through the water which creates a flow of electrons converting the water into a Bio-energetic field pulling the toxins from the body down into the water. Time 1 hour.

FAR Infrared Thermal Sauna Blanket (FITT)
This is a superb treatment for assisting in the elimination of environmental pollution and metal toxicity e.g. mercury from dental filings.

Reki
Japanese word for universal life force which humans, plants, animals and creatures survive on. The reiki practioner channels the “Chi” energy from the hands to the recipient who is clothed, lying down or sitting.

Reiki is a safe and natural method of relaxation and promotes healing on the physical and emotional levels. It compliments other healing processes including conventional medicine.
