Charlotte Poran has recently joined the team at Pure Treatment Rooms as a holistic massage therapist.

Whilst enjoying a 10 year career as a Specialist Biomedical Scientist at the Leeds General Infirmary Microbiology department Charlotte is now fulfilling her ambition and has been practicing holistic massage since 2007

Qualifications:
BSc (Hons.) Biomedical Science
MSc Pathological Science
ITEC Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology
ITEC Diploma in Holistic Massage
Registered with the Health Professions Council.

Charlotte understands the stresses and strains of modern living, with the pressure to achieve more and fit more in to each day.

By combining her experience and knowledge of a vast array of medical conditions and a firm belief in the healing powers of traditional Swedish massage techniques, Charlotte aims to:

• Increase relaxation, reduce stress and improve overall health.
• Increase circulation resulting in improved hydration, digestion and removal of toxins.
• Improve the condition of the skin by reducing the appearance of wrinkles and cellulite.

Holistic massage considers the person as a whole, rather than treating a symptom. At your first appointment you will be asked a few short questions regarding your general lifestyle and environment. This enables the treatment to be designed specifically for you.

Charlotte is currently on maternity leave but will be returning in 2012.
